PentagonCommunity Readiness Consultant Model
The M&FSC operates under the Community Readiness Consultant (CRC) model. This system provides consultation services to Commanders and assists them in developing and executing policies, programs and processes which enhance individual, family and community readiness, quality of life, and resiliency. The CRC model also ensures staff is cross trained in all program areas to provide a continuity of services to the total force.

Workshops and in-unit briefings can be provided upon request and often tailored to meet the need of the unit.
